Real estate marketing

Justin, the owner of home at 321 upyouralley lane thought his home was worth more than what other homes sold for comparable to his because of some upgrades to the house and when he called his friend to have her sell it she said it would not be able to sell at that price but she listed it anyways and it did not sell after 6 months.  After that terrible break up another agent reached out to him and stated that they would be able to sell the house for that price in 6 months. That agent ended up selling the house in 6 months for the price he wanted.


Moral of the story is go with an agent that is confident in his or her ability. We are all students in this class we call life.
